Hey, fellas!
Today's song is: Stairway to Heaven, by Led Zeppelin.
This song has a really special meaning to me, it represents one of the most important periods of my life, and it is one of my all time favourites.
It enhances not only Jimmy Page's compositional brilliance but also his mastery as a guitarist.Robert Plant's interpretation of this song is very moving and does justice to the poetry of the lyrics.
As for the potencial relationship with the cult of Satan, I don't really believe in that, I regard it as an anthem of the 70's, and as the most poignant and harmoniously balanced rock music written until the present day.
Can't beat that guitar solo (just sayin')!
